Army commits chime in on Saturday's visit and Army's win

“Definitely,” bellowed Blake Harris, who we caught up with during pre-game warm-ups and after the contest itself. “It felt great to be back Home. That's the most fun that I've had at a football game in a long time.”

“Before the game I connected with Coach Corley and Coach Monken for awhile before we went on the field. After the game I had long talks with Coach Davis and Coach Corley, and talked briefly again with Coach Monken. They were all pumped and excited to see me and were glad that I was able to get back on camp.”

“Before the game, the conversation was mainly about the game-plan that they had in place in order to beat Eastern Michigan,” added Harris, who also enjoyed his time engaging with many of the players who will join him this summer as part of the 2018 recruiting class.

“Yes, it was good to be able to spend some quality time with my future teammates such as Brendan, Will, Cale, Nick, and Trevor,” shared Harris. “This was my first time getting a chance to interact with those guys in person as a commit, so that was great. It was definitely one of the highlights of the visit.”

“Absolutely,” Nick Kotok plainly and simply stated.

“Yes I did enjoy my unofficial visit and game day experience at Army West Point today," stated the defensive back. "This was the best game day visit I have been on hands down. The stadium was packed and the fans were great. Also getting to go into the locker room was a great experience to."

“Yes sir I did,” Knoespel told GoBlackKnights.com. “The atmosphere was like nothing I had ever seen at other schools and seeing the corps in action was awesome. Nothing beats it. Couldn’t have picked a better game to come to for my first game day experience at West Point.”
