Cooper also shared details about his offer from the Army Black Knights, stating that he received the offer from Coach John Loose, who explained what was expected of him. Cooper expressed excitement about the offer, noting that both of his brothers, Patrick and Andrew Garwo, had received offers from Army in the past. He also stated that he believes his aggressive playing style will fit well with the Army football program, which values toughness and brotherhood.

“I feel like I’m a very aggressive player and I feel like it will fit perfectly on their team because they are all about toughness and I have a pretty good interest in them because they have a lot of benefits and a lot of the brotherhood that comes with their school,” stated Cooper, who is solid student-athlete with impressive academic achievements, including his 3.8 GPA, and who was named All-Catholic for his junior season in 2022.

In addition to discussing his football skills and the Army offer, Cooper spoke about his admiration for Reggie Bush and his desire to base his style of play on the former NFL player's ability to make plays out of nothing.

And when it comes to making his college decision, this is what the talented athlete had to say.

“I’m looking for a school that can help me outside of football and a great education,’ declared Cooper.
