Tuesday's announcement that Wide Receiver, Jeremy Trimble had been named to the SI.com All-America team was well deserved and he was aligned with special company.

1st & 2nd team consisted of DeSean Jackson (Cal.) and Sammie Stroughter (Oregon State) respectively, as well as honorable mentioned, Ted Ginn Jr., the #1 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes; Mikey Henderson, Georgia; Eddie Royal, Virginia Tech & Syndric Steptoe, Arizona.

A little tidbit: Aside from being ranked second in the nation with 18.06 yards per punt return this season behind DeSean Jackson of California (18.20), Trimble returned two punts for touchdowns, and lead the Black Knights in reception for the second straight season.

Family Ties: Jeremy's younger brother, Jordan made his official visit to West Point this past weekend, although he did not commit. Jordan is being recruited as a cornerback and is scheduled to take an official visit to Harvard this weekend.
