Army Head Jeff Monken’s Weekly Press Conference (9/13/22)
Today Head Coach Jeff Monken took to the podium for his Weekly Press Conference, following Saturday’s loss to USTA and a very competitive Villanova team visiting West Point.
The proverbial question that is on the minds of the coaching staff, the players, and of course the Army football fans is “How will Black Knights respond to losing two close contests to start the season and are 0-2?”
GBK's Joe Iacono and others from the media had a Q&A session with the head coach as he recapped Army's 41-38 OT loss to USTA, while discussing, bottom line statistics, a focus on the defensive, and in general, questions answered and questions lingering from the Black Knights' defeat and the upcoming game against Villanova.
