Army Rolls Past Rosemont, 90-48

WEST POINT, N.Y. - Junior G Josh Herbeck poured in a game-high 19 points to lead the Army men's basketball team past Rosemont, 90-48, Saturday afternoon at Christl Arena.
Senior F Jordan Springer, freshman G Kyle Toth and freshman F Tanner Plomb each added eight points to spark a balanced Army attack.

The Black Knights (6-5) used a 20-6 run midway through the first half to take control of the contest, turning a tenuous 12-8 lead at the 13:45 mark into a 32-14 advantage with 5:56 to play before halftime.
Army led 46-26 at halftime, and the Black Knights opened the second stanza on an 11-1 spurt to assume a 57-27 cushion with 16:01 remaining. Army's lead never dipped below 27 points the rest of the way.
The Black Knights, who have scored at least 90 points in three of their last five games, made 48.6 percent (35-of-72) of their field goal attempts. Army, which shot a blistering 55.9 percent (19-of-34) in the second half, connected on 8-of-22 three-point attempts for the game.
Kiwan Murray led Rosemont (6-3) with a team-high nine points. Dan Kearney chipped in eight points off the bench.
