As a member of the 2017 Army recruiting class, this group of future Black Knights are coming off of one of the most exciting days of their athletic careers, which was National Signing Day 2017.
Well on Sunday the players of the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots will be participating in one the most exciting days in all of professional sports, the 2017 Super Bowl.
GoBlackKnights.com has reached out to several members of the 2017 class to get their predictions on today’s game.
We asked the players to do the following three (3) things:
1. Predict the winner of the game.
2. Predict the score
3. And why you think the team you have selected to win, will win.
So, let’s see who’s crystal ball is the most effective!
I think the New England Patriots will win with a score of 24-21, because Tom Brady has been really hot lately and his running backs have been playing well too. Also the Patriots secondary has been playing well so I think they'll be able to do a pretty good job containing Julio Jones and the Falcon's passing attack.
I think the Falcons will win. The score will be 28-24. I think the Falcons will win. I think they will win because Matt Ryan and Julio Jones are a great duo this year. Their defense is solid, but I think there offense won't be shut down. This is their year because of the season they've had.
I'm for the underdog so 24-17 Falcons.. Why? One word , JULIO

3. I'm a Bills fan, so naturally I cannot find my self picking the Patriots. I think Matt Ryan will come in clutch at the end of the game and lead the Falcons into field goal position where Matt Bryant will kick the game winning field goal!
28-14 Atlanta. They are on a roll offensively and defensively right now. The Falcons will take it with Matt Ryan and Big # 11!

-Atlanta is going to win because of their desire to to be the best and also because of their CEO Steve Cannon, a West Point Graduate, who has really helped develop the brotherhood within that organization.

Atlanta is a team full of dawgs and it's their time.
Patriots 31-27 because Tom Brady is going to go off and Hogan and Edelman are both gonna have big games and Lewis is going to have over 100 yards rushing Martellus Bennett 1 touchdown catch
1) New England
2) 35-17
3) Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are an unstoppable duo. Unless a fluke play happens they aren't losing
Atlanta winning 34-24. Falcons will win because they're rolling right now, offensive power will be able to keep up with New England, and the defense for the Falcons will come up with more stops.

-I think the Atlanta defense has some very young pieces on defense. I also think Bill Bellichek will have his team better prepared

Tom Brady is arguably one of the greatest quarterbacks ever, he just can't be stopped.

Because the Falcons have a hot offense and nobody can stop them.
If Julio goes for 150+ they will definitely win

I think they will win because of the dynasty they have made. They will continue it and keep the legacy of Robert Craft going
Patriots 34-21. Tom Brady is going to be throwing some touchdowns.

I think Falcons are hot right now and will have some new comers luck in the Super Bowl
