It easy to see why the Army faithful are excited about the growing number of 3-star prospects who have already extended their commitments to the Black Knights’ coaching staff and the 2018 recruiting class.

In the midst of that, there are several players who have fallen under the proverbial 3-star radar, but that absolutely should not discount their value.

Presently, we believe that Army has at least 2-3 committed players who fall under that category and one name we are sharing in this article is linebacker Jesse Walsh. We believe that he is the “real deal”, as demonstrated by his all-around presence as a defender where during his 2016 high school season, he racked up 105 tackles and 3 sacks.
