For many of these young men, if not all ... it probably seems only as if it were yesterday that they committed to Army West Point as future members of the Long Grey Line, which also meant becoming members of the Black Knights' football brotherhood.
Well, Reception Day (aka R-Day), which is July 1st is right around the corner for those who are direct admits (did not go to USMAPS); Recruits who are coming from USMAPS, and then those groups of players whose first stop will be the USMAPS.
“Yes I am definitely excited for R-Day and to get to the season,” said talented safety Caleb Williams, who also held offers from the likes of such programs as Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Nebraska, and others. “I’ve been working out hard this summer to get ready.”
“I am very excited for the quickly approaching R-Day,” shared Elijah Walton. “I have been running miles and doing military drills to prepare alongside my workout plan from West Point Football.”
