As we mentioned yesterday, the Early Signing Period would be starting today, and GoBlackKnights.com will have you in the middle of the signings of the members of Army’s 2018 Recruiting Class.
With that being said, let’s get started with Part II of our coverage, as we will continue the newest members of the Army football brotherhood for the next 2-3 days as we will be adding comments and photos to this article during that period.
CB, Khalil Fleming (Prep)
In His Words: “It’s a major stress relief and weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am extremely excited about the decision I made and can’t wait to play Army football.”
OL, Cody Winokur (Direct)
In His Words: “Pretty awesome. I’m excited for the future and the opportunities that are going to be there for me. I can’t wait to play football for Army and be a Cadet.”
OL, Blake Harris
In His Words: “It feels great to finally be a part of the brotherhood. I’m glad that I can finally just focus on perfecting my craft and getting ready for this next stage in my life.”

LB, Troy Nachtigal (Prep)
In His Words: “It's the best feeling ever knowing I'll be apart of the Long Gray Line. I am looking forward to becoming the best student possible and football player that I can be through the great discipline they'll instill on us.”

In His Words: “It was surreal. To play this game for 10+ years and have it all finally pay off was amazing. And then to go into the group message the commits have and see everyone getting so excited about signing was cool and really gave off a sense of community. I can tell you for a fact that we’re all excited about getting on that field next year and playing alongside one another.”

In His Words: “It's an incredible feeling. I never thought twice about my decision and I know I will never regret it. Joining the Long Gray Line and becoming a Black Knight is truly an honor and a privilege. I couldn't have done it without my Head Coach Ryan Linn, my O-line Coach Neil Tkatch, and my lifting Coach Scotty Mac and the support and effort of my teammates. It's the best decision I've ever made.”

In His Words: “It feels great to have a new football family to be a part of. Playing D1 football has always been my dream and the fact that I just made it official is just so amazing.”
In His Words: “It felt amazing to officially say I am a Black Knight. All my hard work finally paid off and I knew this was the best decision I could of made for my self and my family.”
Punter, Zach Harding

“It feels like I have made on of my best decisions ever that has now set me up for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to start.”
RB, Landry Songer
In His Words: “It feels like I’m following the path that God has set for me and all my family’s hard work and sacrifice is paying off. Time to make a new set of goals and work for a different purpose catered to the next level. I’m so honored to have this opportunity, now I gotta go make the most of it.”
